2022 Dynasty Rookie Five-Round Mock Draft Series Two (pick slot #3)

Air Date:
August 3, 2022

2022 Dynasty Rookie Five-Round Mock Draft Series Two (pick slot #3)

It’s been 2+ months since our first 12-part DRD mock draft series. It’s time for the follow up now that we’re into training camps starting…for those who rookie draft in August.

We’ll publish a mock draft daily, starting from the #12 spot (as reflects most FFMers from a nice 2021) and we’ll take it in order down to #1 slot mock.

Parameters: Half-PPR, 4pts per pass TD, one flex spot/non-Superflex. AND…I cannot make any trades back (like I want in the first round).

1.1 Breece Hall

1.2 Drake London

1.3 Jameson Williams = The mock drafts from the #5-4-3 spots are looking pretty similar now. The next twist will be on the final one for series two of these DRD mocks…when I get to pick 1.01.

1.4 Ken Walker III

1.5 Garrett Wilson

1.6 Treylon Burks

1.7 Chris Olave

1.8 Christian Watson

1.9 Skyy Moore

1.10 Jahan Dotson

1.11 Kenny Pickett

1.12 George Pickens

------------------------------

2.1 James Cook

2.2 Dameon Pierce

2.3 Tyler Allgeier = Easy pickings to get Allgeier from here on in, and I will not deviate from it. No reason to do so.

2.4 David Bell

2.5 Rachaad White

2.6 Trey McBride

2.7 Alec Pierce

2.8 Jalen Tolbert

2.9 Isaiah Spiller

2.10 John Metchie III

2.11 Brian Robinson Jr.

2.12 Wan'Dale Robinson

------------------------------

3.1 Zamir White

3.2 Khalil Shakir

3.3 Jelani Woods = Same thing with Woods here…not deviating, there’s not a player available in the 3rd that would make me change off of Woods.

3.4 Malik Willis

3.5 Desmond Ridder

3.6 Matt Corral

3.7 Greg Dulcich

3.8 Tyrion Davis-Price

3.9 Daniel Bellinger

3.10 Tyler Badie

3.11 Keaontay Ingram

3.12 Tyquan Thornton

------------------------------

4.1 Pierre Strong Jr.

4.2 Jerome Ford

4.3 Kyle Philips = Philips is like a top 15 overall level pick WR opportunity, so this continues to be a no brainer.

4.4 Calvin Austin III

4.5 Hassan Haskins

4.6 Sam Howell

4.7 Cade Otton

4.8 Romeo Doubs

4.9 Velus Jones Jr.

4.10 Justyn Ross

4.11 Kyren Williams

4.12 Danny Gray

------------------------------

5.1 Jeremy Ruckert

5.2 Isiah Pacheco

5.3 Trestan Ebner = WHAT! I got scooped on Pacheco by one pick! I’m forced to take something else of any interest…and I don’t have much of an interest after Pacheco, so I’ll take a flier that Ebner gets more work in PPR right away than people expect.

5.4 Kennedy Brooks

5.5 Kevin Harris

5.6 Charlie Kolar

5.7 Ty Chandler

5.8 Isaiah Likely

5.9 Bo Melton

5.10 Snoop Conner

5.11 Zander Horvath

5.12 Chigoziem Okonkwo
