2022 Dynasty Rookie Five-Round Mock Draft Series Two (pick slot #5)

It’s been 2+ months since our first 12-part DRD mock draft series. It’s time for the follow up now that we’re into training camps starting…for those who rookie draft in August.

We’ll publish a mock draft daily, starting from the #12 spot (as reflects most FFMers from a nice 2021) and we’ll take it in order down to #1 slot mock.

Parameters: Half-PPR, 4pts per pass TD, one flex spot/non-Superflex. AND…I cannot make any trades back (like I want in the first round).

1.1 Breece Hall

1.2 Drake London

1.3 Jameson Williams

1.4 Garrett Wilson

1.5 Ken Walker III = They took my Jameson Williams away early, so I’m taking Ken Walker for two reasons…

1) I own a lot of Rashaad Penny shares, in general. This seals up the situation.

2) To use to trade hot in an RB-frenzied world.

1.6 Treylon Burks

1.7 Chris Olave

1.8 Jahan Dotson

1.9 Skyy Moore

1.10 Christian Watson

1.11 James Cook

1.12 George Pickens

-------------------------------

2.1 Kenny Pickett

2.2 Rachaad White

2.3 Alec Pierce

2.4 Dameon Pierce

2.5 Tyler Allgeier = Going to be every time for the next 4 days of this series. But can I get the Woods-Philips-Pacheco ‘straight’ (poker hand) the next three picks?

2.6 David Bell

2.7 John Metchie III

2.8 Trey McBride

2.9 Isaiah Spiller

2.10 Wan'Dale Robinson

2.11 Malik Willis

2.12 Jalen Tolbert

-------------------------------

3.1 Zamir White

3.2 Tyrion Davis-Price

3.3 Brian Robinson Jr.

3.4 Greg Dulcich

3.5 Jelani Woods = BOOM. Should get him every pick from here on in from #5 slot to #1 slot in the 3rd-round.

3.6 Desmond Ridder

3.7 Tyler Badie

3.8 Matt Corral

3.9 Khalil Shakir

3.10 Velus Jones Jr.

3.11 Hassan Haskins

3.12 Tyquan Thornton

-------------------------------

4.1 Keaontay Ingram

4.2 Romeo Doubs

4.3 Pierre Strong Jr.

4.4 Cade Otton

4.5 Kyle Philips = Didn’t sweat Phillips being here but will hold my breath for Pacheco.

4.6 Jerome Ford

4.7 Justyn Ross

4.8 Sam Howell

4.9 Kyren Williams

4.10 Calvin Austin III

4.11 Danny Gray

4.12 Bailey Zappe

-------------------------------

5.1 Jeremy Ruckert

5.2 Daniel Bellinger

5.3 Ty Chandler

5.4 Charlie Kolar

5.5 Isiah Pacheco = Ta da! A near perfect DRD. Only if I had gotten Jameson in the 1st with Allgeier-Woods-Philips-Pacheco could it have been better.

5.6 Kennedy Brooks

5.7 Snoop Conner

5.8 Isaiah Likely

5.9 Kevin Harris

5.10 Trestan Ebner

5.11 Carson Strong

5.12 Erik Ezukanma
