2022 Dynasty Rookie Five-Round Mock Draft Series Two (pick slot #6)

Air Date:
July 31, 2022

2022 Dynasty Rookie Five-Round Mock Draft Series Two (pick slot #6)

It’s been 2+ months since our first 12-part DRD mock draft series. It’s time for the follow up now that we’re into training camps starting…for those who rookie draft in August.

We’ll publish a mock draft daily, starting from the #12 spot (as reflects most FFMers from a nice 2021) and we’ll take it in order down to #1 slot mock.

Parameters: Half-PPR, 4pts per pass TD, one flex spot/non-Superflex. AND…I cannot make any trades back (like I want in the first round).

1.1 Breece Hall

1.2 Ken Walker III

1.3 Drake London

1.4 Garrett Wilson

1.5 Treylon Burks

1.6 Jameson Williams = Oh, happy day…arguably the best player from this DRD is sitting available at #6…and will likely be my guy the next four mocks (from the #2-3-4-5 slot). This is a no brainer pick. I’m still opening to trading these top picks, but I feel better when I get Jameson with one.

1.7 Chris Olave

1.8 Skyy Moore

1.9 Christian Watson

1.10 Jahan Dotson

1.11 Kenny Pickett

1.12 George Pickens

-----------------------------

2.1 James Cook

2.2 Dameon Pierce

2.3 Rachaad White

2.4 Trey McBride

2.5 Matt Corral

2.6 Tyler Allgeier = And I should be able to get Allgeier here the rest of the remaining mocks.

2.7 John Metchie III

2.8 David Bell

2.9 Isaiah Spiller

2.10 Malik Willis

2.11 Desmond Ridder

2.12 Alec Pierce

-----------------------------

3.1 Brian Robinson Jr.

3.2 Zamir White

3.3 Wan'Dale Robinson

3.4 Jalen Tolbert

3.5 Jelani Woods

3.6 Kyle Philips = Jelani right before me, damn. Oh, well…it’s time for the Philips-Pacheco grab one round ahead of their normal ADP.

3.7 Khalil Shakir

3.8 Tyrion Davis-Price

3.9 Greg Dulcich

3.10 Keaontay Ingram

3.11 Pierre Strong Jr.

3.12 Tyquan Thornton

-----------------------------

4.1 Jerome Ford

4.2 Hassan Haskins

4.3 Velus Jones Jr.

4.4 Cade Otton

4.5 Kyren Williams

4.6 Isiah Pacheco = Boom.

4.7 Romeo Doubs (gonna be moving up now as the good camp news continues to hit)

4.8 Tyler Badie

4.9 Justyn Ross

4.10 Sam Howell

4.11 Charlie Kolar

4.12 Calvin Austin III

-----------------------------

5.1 Danny Gray

5.2 Jeremy Ruckert

5.3 Daniel Bellinger

5.4 Ty Chandler

5.5 Kevin Harris

5.6 Trestan Ebner = They took Harris right in front of me. I’ll take a flier on Ebner as a possible pass-game back for this team starting Week 1…ahead of Herbert. Possibly.

5.7 Bailey Zappe

5.8 Snoop Conner

5.9 Carson Strong

5.10 Chigoziem Okonkwo

5.11 Isaiah Likely

5.12 Erik Ezukanma
