Welcome to College Football Metrics (CFM) 2020!

If you’re seeing this message, you are successfully connected to the 2020 material and have access to the 2019 and beyond/prior years of material.

Our January 2020 plan for material is as follows…

1) A 2018-2019 re-do Dynasty Rookie Draft involving the players from those two drafts…to see where we are at with the younger players. Starts 1/6 and goes a pick a day with commentary for the entirety of January.

2) We always start with the QB scouting reports, and they will start to hit later in the week of 1/6/20 and start popping throughout January into February.

3) We will cover/quick grade the East-West Shrine and Senior Bowl prospects and cover their practice weeks and games.

4) In late February, we’ll get the NFL Combine and then we can really start to grade/dial in on the non-QB prospects.

One change I’m making to our grading system, after watching the 2019 season – I’m adding a ‘Lamar Jackson’ 0-10 scouting valuation/rating to each QB prospect…a ‘looking for the next Lamar’ grade/which QB prospects have a lot, some, little abilities like Lamar.

I know the NFL. You know the NFL. We know they’ll all be looking for the next Lamar. We need to start looking for them and grading QB prospects for that unique/unorthodox potential. You’ll see that happening in the 2020 QB scouting reports.

Thank you for subscribing! We’re about 10 years into CFM…scouting for the NFL Draft/Dynasty Rookie Drafts. Your support helps me to be able to spend the time looking under every stone for hidden talent as well as exposing media-hyped frauds. Finding the talent is as important as avoiding the busts/trouble prospects.

Here we go for 2020!!
