7:51pmET: Week 15 Projections Updated
3:16pmET: I went through my emails this afternoon and one running theme was found among them...a lot of Robby Anderson questions and Robby + Petty connection queries. I'll address that tonight in the NYJ-DEN recap analysis.
2:32pmET: The Patriots lose Right Tackle Marcus Cannon to IR...not good heading into that Steelers showdown. The Computer feels very strongly about this game...you'll find out which way later tonight with the release of The Computer's picks for Week 15.
-- The 49ers are working out a tackle off the streets, which means Jimmy G. may be losing Trent Brown, which means he'll be under assault most every drop back, again. It's why he worries me a touch this week and there's no way I'm using him vs. JAX Week 16. If I were the 49ers, I'd sit Garoppolo for the Jags game.
-- the Jets promoted RB Akeem Judd to the main roster...either Matt Forte is going to be shutdown or Elijah McGuire's ankle is worse off/he's going to get shut down.
-- Tampa Bay is bad against the pass...they have the worst pass rush in the league and one decent CB and total garbage on the other side. TB could be down to a 4th-string 'garbage' on the other side CB this week due to injuries.
-- Ameer Abdullah practicing in full...here's the issue for those trying to squeeze another FF-ounce of juice out of Theo Riddick -- if Ameer is active, he may not start but he'll get touches. He has a good run or two out of anger/spite, whatever, he'll get back the touches and it will be deemed 'lighting a fire'. Riddick is just not that good a runner to rely on stealing this starting job forever. If Ameer is inactive, then I breathe a sigh of relief for using Theo.
