Did the fantasy analysts learn from Week 16? Some did, I see Jamaal moving up the rankings as this week goes on. The reason we went all-in on him last week holds true for this week...he is THE GUY (remaining) with no RB to even worry about for touch sharing. Green Bay has guys off the street in the last few weeks to back up Williams, and the Packers owe Jamaal touches/opportunity -- it's the perfect storm.
This week, Williams will get most all the touches whether with Rodgers or Kizer at QB...and it won't matter if Kizer because Jamaal might see more touches in that case...against a weaker run defense.
Cook is going to get a ton of touches, but likely the same results for him whenever he faces higher-end run defenses -- not much of a rushing tally, lower chance at a rushing TD, and a smattering of screen passes you have to hope he cashes in on.
I don't want to use a mediocre RB against an ace defense with both teams with motivations.
Christian McCaffrey will not play (we predict), and thus becomes a Jamaal Williams/Week 16-like pop for Week 17.
Six career games for C.A.P with 7 or more carries...a TD in 50% of those games and 4 TDs total.
Artis-Payne is a Jamaal Williams-like talent (solid runner, experienced, etc.) and will get a Jamaal/Week 16 like touch count and might give a Jamaal/Week 16-like result (120+ combined yards, 3-4 catches, 1-2 TDs?).
