Katz: What a wonderfully competitive Sunday night game. This is a large number. The Packers didn't score last week. The Steelers scored a whole bunch. Are we expecting the same?
RC: I can’t make a case for GB. Is there any position on the field the Packers are better at? On the road on the solo night game, and the offense dead with Hundley and the defense can’t stop anything. It could be a bloodbath.
The only argument the other way is…this is the type of game the Steelers play to the opponent’s level.
Katz: I feel the same way. The Steelers destroyed the Titans even after the Titans hung around for a while. Are the Packers going to keep this competitive for a half or even a quarter? I don't know how the Packers are scoring points.
Rabbitt: double digit point games are always scary but I don't know how you can take green bay here. Is anyone cocerned about the much more interesting jags vs Arizona game if Ramsey doesn't play? That team is starting to get beat up.
RC: I think Ramsey plays. Arizona is mailing it in. They are emptying the bench/practice squad and Blaine Gabbert faces the Jags D that’s a boss without Ramsey and unstoppable (on D) with him.
The Packers haven’t lost by 14+ until last week…and that was a touch fluky with GB moving the ball and then turning it over…then a late D-TD. I’ll pick PIT but not betting anything on it.
Skolman: The question for me is the Steelers motivation since they tend to play to the level of their opponent. Just peeking at the schedule...this is the 2nd of 4 straight night games for the Steelers...how crazy is that? I’m rolling with the Steelers defense’s fire still being lit from the Jags saying they are going to the Super Bowl. In real life I’ll probably lay 7.5 or 8 in the first half.
